Wrongful Death Lawsuit Filed In Fatal Motorcycle Accident

The LaSalle News Tribune, in a June 29 article titled “Streator woman sues for wrongful death,” discusses a wrongful death lawsuit that has been filed in connection with a fatal motorcycle accident involving a tractor.  The collision between the motorcycle and tractor, which happened near Utica, Illinois, resulted in the death of Jerry Trenor.

Susan Trenor filed a six-count wrongful death lawsuit Thursday in La Salle County Circuit Court seeking at least $300,000 in damages for the death of her 65-year-old husband Jerry Trenor following an accident on Route 178 near Matthiessen State Park.
