There were two motorcycle accidents in Gurnee, Illinois on Tuesday, July 9, 2013. Of the two accidents, only one resulted in a motorcyclist sustaining serious injuries.
Details on the accidents are somewhat limited at this time. However, one resulted from a car that pulled out in front of the path of a motorcycle.
Here is an excerpt from the July 11 Lake County News-Sun article, titled “Motorcyclists involved in two separate accidents” :
The serious crash occurred just before 11 a.m. when a vehicle exited Windsor Court onto Route 21 in the 400 block and allegedly pulled out in front of a motorcycle.
The motorcyclist suffered serious injuries, but they don’t appear to be fatal.
