There was a fatal motorcycle accident Sunday afternoon (September 8, 2013), in Southern Illinois’ Randolph County.
Two people on a motorcycle were on a Harley-Davidson Tri Glide – a three-wheel motorcycle (aka “trike“) – when, for unknown reasons the bike left the roadway and entered a field. Both people on the bike were ejected and died during the course of the accident, which happened at 5:19 p.m. on Ridge Road in Randolph County.
The riders of the motorcyclist were identified as Richard Hall, 47, of Sparta, and Billi Hall, 47, of Sparta, Illinois.
An investigation into the accident continues.
