Three people were injured after a motorcyclist hit a deer near Fisher, Illinois on Thursday night.
The motorcyclist, Chad D. Hanks, 39, of Rantoul, was riding his motorcycle with his passenger, Laura L. Hanks, east on U.S. 136 when he hit a deer. The accident happened just east of County Road 700 E at approximately 8:00 p.m.

Police said that Hanks and a passenger, Laura L. Hanks, 36, of Rantoul, had moved to the south ditch of the road, but the motorcycle was still in the road after hitting the deer when the motorcycle was hit by an eastbound 2002 Toyota Corolla driven by Leslie R. Ingrum, 79, of Dewey.
Chad Hanks was listed in good condition Friday at Carle Foundation Hospital. Laura Hanks and Ingrum were treated and released from Carle.
