If a motorcyclist has been injured or has died from injuries due to an accident caused by another person or entity, injury compensation may be available through the filing of a personal injury lawsuit. While there are many reasons as to why an injured rider may want to file a lawsuit, perhaps the main reason is to get money to compensate for the medical bills and other financial hardships that often accompany motorcycle accident injuries.
For those accidents that lead to the death of the rider (and/or, if applicable, passenger) a wrongful death lawsuit may be filed.
