Motorcycle Collides With Car In Aurora, Illinois

There was an Illinois motorcycle accident on Wednesday afternoon (August 6, 2014) in Aurora, Illinois.

According to Aurora Police, this motorcycle accident happened at approximately 3:50 p.m. on River Road, near Clearwater Drive.

The accident happened as a car and motorcycle were both traveling north.  The motorcycle hit the car from behind, ejecting the motorcyclist, who hit the rear windshield of the car.

The motorcyclist was identified as Jose S. Sanchez, 29, of North Aurora.

Sanchez was taken to a local hospital with injuries considered to be non-life-threatening in nature.

He was charged with failure to reduce speed, no valid motorcycle license and no driver’s license.
