There was a motorcycle accident in Palatine, Illinois on Monday afternoon, September 3.
The accident happened on Route 53, south of Lake Cook Road, at approximately 4:20 p.m.
According to the Illinois State Police, the motorcyclist, a man from Wheeling, was riding at high speed when he crashed the bike.
The motorcyclist was taken to Northwest Community Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
