Man Dies After Motorcycle Accident On Chicago’s Northwest Side

There was a fatal motorcycle accident Saturday (May 3, 2014) on Chicago’s Northwest Side.

Details regarding the accident appear limited at this time.

This motorcycle accident involved a collision between a motorcycle and a car at approximately 4:00 p.m. at Normandy Avenue and Addison Street.

One 27-year-old man was taken to Loyola University Medical Center.  According to the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office, he was pronounced dead at 4:34 p.m.  He was later identified as Lukasz P. Zola, 25.

It is not clearly known as if Zola was riding the motorcycle or in the car at the time of the crash.
