A Logan Square motorcycle collision occurred Saturday (June 22, 2019) night. The collision involved a car and motorcycle. The motorcyclist was critically injured, and he later died.

A 29-year-old man is in critical condition after he was struck by a driver Saturday in Logan Square on the North Side.

He was westbound on a motorcycle about 9:22 p.m. in the 3200 block of West Fullerton Avenue when a 22-year-old woman driving a Honda Accord hit him as she turned northbound on Kedzie Boulevard, Chicago police said.

The motorcyclist was critically injured and taken to Illinois Masonic Medical Center for treatment of his accident injuries. The motorcyclist, later identified as Enemias Mendez-Villatoro, died Monday (June 24, 2019) night.

The driver of the Honda Accord was ticketed for various offenses, including failing to yield to oncoming traffic.
