Lawsuit Filed Regarding Collinsville, Illinois Motorcycle Accident

There has been an Illinois personal injury lawsuit filed regarding an alleged motorcycle accident in Collinsville, Illinois.

The motorcycle accident happened on June 2, and involved a collision between a motorcycle and car.  A car was pulling out of a driveway and struck the motorcycle, which also had a passenger, Kimberly Carr.

Carr is the plaintiff in the case, which was filed October 2, 2014 in St. Clair County Circuit Court.

An excerpt from the Madison Record article of October 17, 2014 titled “Motorcycle rider sues over alleged crash in Collinsville“:

Carr says she was riding as a passenger on the back of a motorcycle heading east on County Line Road on June 2. According to the complaint, Davis drove out of a driveway in the 7900 block of County Line Road and crashed into the motorcycle. Carr accuses Davis of negligence and asks for more than $50,000 in damages for medical bills, lost wages and costs of the lawsuit.
