“Failure to see motorcycles” remains a primary cause of Illinois motorcycle accidents, including those that result in fatalities. In many instances, motorists who fail to see motorcycles and collide with them are at fault for the accident. In such cases the injured motorcyclist may file a personal injury lawsuit to get accident compensation. There are many reasons that the injured motorcyclist would file such a lawsuit. Those reasons are further discussed on the “Reasons For Filing A Motorcycle Accident Injury Lawsuit” page.
For accidents caused by another person or party that result in the rider passing away, relevant parties may file a wrongful death lawsuit.
