Illinois Motorcyclist Dies In Collision With Deer

There was a fatal motorcycle collision involving a motorcyclist hitting a deer on Friday (June 27, 2014) on Illinois Route 84, near Albany.

This motorcycle accident happened in the afternoon, and the motorcyclist was unable to stop in time to avoid hitting the deer, which suddenly ran onto the roadway.

The motorcyclist was identified as William L. “Bill” McQuigg, 52, of Mount Sterling.  He died at the accident scene.
