There was a motorcycle accident Monday (May 18, 2015) in Romeoville after which the motorcyclist died from her accident injuries.
According to the Romeoville Police Department, they responded to a collision between a motorcycle and car at approximately 1:52 p.m. The accident happened at the intersection of Weber Road and Grand Boulevard.
The accident involved a car that allegedly turned left immediately in front of the motorcycle.
The motorcyclist, identified as Pamela S. Jimenez, 58, was taken to Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital, where, according to the Will County Coroner’s Office, she died at 2:17 p.m.
The driver of the car, identified as Helen Anderson, 82, from Plainfield, was also taken to Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital, where she was being treated for injuries that were considered to be “non-life-threatening” in nature.
