There has been a fatal motorcycle accident early this morning in Machesney Park, Illinois.
The motorcyclist has been identified as Donald “Scott” Litton, 55, of Roscoe, Illinois.
The accident was reported at 3:25 a.m. today and happened at 11189 Forest Hills Road.
According to the Winnebago County Deputy Coroner, Litton was riding north on Forest Hills Road at the time of the accident. He was pronounced dead at the accident scene at 4:17 a.m.
Alcohol may have been a factor in the accident, although the accident remains under investigation.
