A fatal motorcycle accident happened Wednesday morning near Farmersville, Illinois.
It is being reported that Lee Edwards, 57, of Girard, was killed during the accident. He was heading eastbound on Mine Avenue, near I-55, at approximately 6:25 a.m. when he struck the center median’s curb and lost control of his motorcycle. He was then ejected from the motorcycle. Edwards was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
