There was a fatal motorcycle accident today (July 28, 2014) in Schaumburg, Illinois.

According to Schaumburg Police, this accident involved a collision between a car and motorcycle at approximately 12:53 p.m., at the intersection of Roselle Road and Hartford Drive.
The motorcyclist, identified as Wayne Grothe, 23, of Hoffman Estates, was pronounced dead at the accident scene, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office.
The driver of the car suffered minor injuries and was taken to a local medical center.
