There was a fatal motorcycle accident in Maywood, Illinois, early this morning (August 25.)
Edward Jackson, 44, of Bellwood, was the motorcyclist who died shortly after the accident.
He was riding his motorcycle southbound on 17th Street at approximately 12:30 a.m. when he collided with a car near Adams Street. The car, driven by an unidentified resident of Maywood, was driving nouthbound on 17th and was attempting to make a left on Adams at the time of the accident.
