A motorcyclist was killed Monday in an accident in Massac County, Illinois.
Aaron D. Evans, 24, of Brookport, was the motorcyclist killed in the accident. It is being reported that he was riding a 1996 Suzuki motorcycle westbound on Unionville Road in Brookport, Illinois and was struck by a Ford F-150 pickup truck that was traveling eastbound as the pickup truck was attempting to turn north into a private drive.
The pickup truck was driven by Billy J. English, 32, of Paducah.
Evans was pronounced dead at the scene; English refused medical treatment.
According to the Illinois State Police, the crash is under investigation.
