There was a fatal motorcycle accident in Johnson County, Illinois on Monday.
The motorcyclist was Michele Pender, 42, of Herrin.
It is reported that she was heading south on U.S. 45 near Vienna, 1.5 miles south of Ballowe Church Road, when she lost control of the motorcycle and struck a guardrail.
She was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
