On Sunday, May 20, a fatal motorcycle accident happened in Geneva, Illinois.
The accident resulted in injuries that led to the death of Angela M. Tedesco, 48, of Bolingbrook, Illinois.
Angela Tedesco was a passenger on the motorcycle ridden by her husband, Michael A. Tedesco. The motorcylce was traveling southbound on Kirk Street around 5:45 p.m. when it collided with a pickup truck driven Kevin A. McElwain, 19, of Bartlett, at Division Street.
Angela Tedesco was taken to Delnor Hospital in Geneva, and pronounced dead at approximately 7:48 p.m. Sunday. Michael Tedesco was taken to Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, where, as of Monday, he was in stable condition. McElwain was treated at the accident scene.
The Geneva Police Department has cited McElwain with failure to yield while turning left.
