There was a fatal motorcycle crash late Saturday night (April 15, 2017) on I-57 . The crash happened on Chicago’s Far South Side.
According to information provided by the Illinois State Police (ISP), the crash happened at approximately 11:55 p.m., and involved a motorcycle crashing into the guardrail in the inbound lanes of I-57 near 107th Street.
The motorcyclist, identified as Darrick Clark, 53, of Chicago, was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn for treatment of his accident injuries. He was pronounced dead at 12:37 a.m. Sunday.
No other vehicles were involved in the crash.
