There was a fatal motorcycle accident early Sunday morning (July 13, 2014) in East Alton, Illinois.
According to the East Alton Police Department, the motorcyclist was riding on East St. Louis Avenue at approximately 12:13 a.m. Sunday morning when his motorcycle left the roadway and hit a building at 133 East St. Louis Avenue.
The motorcyclist was identified as Bruce Norfleet, 44, of Alton. He was taken to Alton Memorial Hospital where he later died from his injuries.
This motorcycle accident remains under investigation.
