There was a collision between a motorcycle and bicycle early this morning (July 29, 2015) in Chicago’s Old Irving Park neighborhood.
Details on the accident – especially its causes – appear limited at this time.
According to Chicago Police, a preliminary investigation indicates this collision happened at approximately 4:35 a.m. in the 4300 block of West Addison.
The bicyclist, who was initially reported as being fatally injured – was revived and was taken to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center. The motorcyclist was taken to Community First Medical Center for treatment of his accident injuries.
