According to various news stories, a fatal motorcycle accident in Collinsville, Illinois on Sunday, July 31 has left two people dead.
Details on the accident are sparse; however, it is being reported that their motorcycle hit a utility pole. The accident happened at approximately 3:00 a.m. Sunday.
Both people were thrown from the motorcycle, and pronounced dead at the scene.
Those killed were identified as Brandon King, 25, of Collinsville, and Kimura Halbrook, 21, of Granite City. Halbrook was said to be the passenger.
According to Madison County Coroner Steve Nonn, King was driving a 2007 Harley-Davidson motorcycle when he lost control of bike.
