Motorcyclist Injured In Volo Accident

There was a motorcycle accident Thursday night (September 10, 2015) in Volo, Illinois.

An excerpt from the September 12, 2015 Chicago Sun-Times article titled “Man, 18, critically wounded in Volo motorcycle crash.”

About 7:15 p.m., the man was riding a motorcycle north on Singing Hills Drive south of Niagara Drive when he lost control while braking, according to a statement from the Lake County sheriff’s office. The man was not wearing a helmet.

The motorcyclist was taken to Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville for treatment of his accident injuries.  He was in critical condition.
