A motorcyclist was injured this afternoon in an accident in Machesney Park, Illinois.
Details are limited. However, the accident happened at approximately 3:15 p.m. and is said to have occurred when the motorcyclist pulled out in front of another vehicle at Forest Hills Road and Irving Boulevard.
The car that struck the motorcyclist was driven by an off-duty Sheriff’s deputy.
Neither the name of the motorcyclist or deputy has been released.
