There was a fatal motorcycle accident in Fayetteville Township, which is in Illinois’ St. Clair County, on Sunday, February 28, 2016.
According to the Illinois State Police (ISP) the accident happened as a motorcyclist was riding on Illinois Highway 15. For an unknown reason, just before 7:00 p.m., the motorcycle ran off the right side of the roadway, and then went down a grassy hill and overturned near Venedy Road.
The motorcyclist, who died at the accident scene, was identified as Blake Barton Lickenbrock, 24, of St. Libory.
This Illinois fatal motorcycle accident is under investigation by the Illinois State Police accident reconstruction team.
