There was a fatal motorcycle accident Friday afternoon (April 22, 2016) in Marion, Illinois.
Details on the accident are limited at this time. As well, the cause of the motorcycle accident appears to not be publicly disclosed at this time.
According to Marion Police, they responded to the accident at approximately 2:40 p.m. Friday afternoon. A collision had occurred between a car and motorcycle.
The motorcyclist was ejected from the motorcycle during the collision. He was taken to Heartland Regional Medical Center for treatment of his accident injuries. He was later pronounced deceased.
