Collision Involving Motorcycle In Murphysboro, Illinois

There was a motorcycle accident today (April 10, 2014) in Murphysboro, Illinois.  This accident involved a car colliding with a motorcycle.

This motorcycle accident, which police responded to at approximately 4:50 p.m.,  happened when a car pulled into the path of a motorcycle.  The resulting collision ejected both the rider and passenger of the motorcycle.   The operator of the motorcycle was identified as Ronald Leforge, 56, and the passenger as Kateena Leforge, 41,  both of DeSoto.  They were taken to a hospital with injuries considered to be non-life-threatening.

The driver of the car was identified as Brandi Holderfield, 28, of Murphysboro.
